What’s New in the 2021 GMC Sierra 1500? 

There are quite a few changes to the 2021 GMC Sierra 1500, but one of the first things that you’ll want to know is the new price. You’ll find that the Sierra 1500, like all GMC trucks, remains remarkably affordable. While the 2020 Sierra started at $32,498, the 2021 Sierra is only $100 more at $32,598. Interior

• Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

• Premium floor liners with removable carpet insert now standard on AT4 models

• SiriusXM Radio is now standard on SLE and Elevation models

• Dark Walnut/Slate no longer available on Elevation Trim

• Sunroof no longer available on SLE and AT4 models

• Front 40/20/40 split-bench with covered armrest storage now standard on base Sierra models

• Bucket seats now available on all Elevation models

Exterior

• Four new exterior colors: Ebony Twilight Metallic, Cayenne Red Tintcoat, Hunter Metallic, Brownstone Metallic

• AT4 high clearance step

• Manual tailgate function with lift-assist no longer offered

• 2WD standard bed crew model no longer available

Packages

• SLE Value Package now standard on all SLE models

• Elevation Value Package now standard on all Elevation models

• X31 Off-Road and Protection Package now available on the SLE, Elevation, and SLT models

• 1SA Safety Package now available on base Sierra models

• Bed View Camera now only available as part of the Technology Package

• Denali Premium Package no longer available
