Capital GMC Buick Service Department should give me a reasonable explanation why there were two pieces of peanut shells inside the blower motor of my truck. I asked them to replace spark plugs only but the staff told me she heard the sound from passenger side tire and they will do bumper to bumper inspection for my vehicle. When I went back home, the staff called me that their technician found more issues and need to be repaired. I agree that the issues need to be repaired if you can get it done right! The service department hold my truck for four days and finally charged me almost $7000 and called me that my truck is ready for pick up. When I started my truck, I heard noise from dashboard. I thought the noise should be gone quickly because the service department has done full inspection and repair of my truck. Whenever I started the truck the noise is there. Finally, I decided to find it out by myself. When I took the blower motor out, I found two peanut shells inside it. One attached photo is cabin filter the service department staff sent to me and asked me to replace. It is very clear that no peanut shells on it. The second photo is the blower motor I just took off and there were two peanut shells inside.
