I booked an appointment to have my vehicle detailed and was told it would take 2 hours. I told them I would be waiting for my vehicle. When I came to the dealership I was told there were other vehicles ahead of me so why was I told to bring my vehicle in at 8:30 am then? Fast forward, it’s 12:30 pm and I have been told my vehicle will be ready in 40 minutes. They do not respect your time. I purchased my vehicle here and I have only had it serviced here. They sure need a lesson in fostering and maintaining a positive long term relationship with their customers.

2 months later Update: I continue to be impressed with the team at Capital. My sales guy has been very proactive with repeated follow-up regarding a missing second set of keys….even a few months after the purchase. Really amazing. They could have just forgot it or left it but they committed to making it right. Ty Ty Ty Jash and the Capital team. Prior: This is my third vehicle purchase from Capital GM in the last several years, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. From day one, they’ve treated me like family. The team is knowledgeable, transparent, and simply easy to work with and respect YOUR time. Each time I walked through the doors, everyone is ready to help and make things happen. Customer service is always top notch - all the departments. Just left there this week with another great experience (after 2 very odd ones at 2 other dealers). The process is always efficient, straightforward, and less friction. Great people, great service, and a dealership that truly values its customers.
