We walked into Capital GMC Buick and were immediately greeted by Chris (Gibbs). We weren’t sure if a Buick would work for our budget being brand new to Canada and having no credit history here. Long story short, Chris, Kelvin, Adam, and Jas all made it happen. I’m driving a 2025 Buick Envista and “she” is sporty. Chris and his supporting staff walked us through the process and a couple days later I drove my car home. After the purchase Chris has checked to see if I have any questions and it was a nice follow up. I would definitely recommend Capital GMC Buick. The “pick up” red bow celebration is a nice touch as well.
The dealership is clean and welcoming and professional. I think as a consumer these things are important.

I purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra SLT from this dealership.
My experience with purchasing and dealing on the price was not a terrible experience.
But now after 7 years of owning an American made product, with nothing but issues arising now.
With only 146,000 km, so much engineered to fail design by GMC, they now want gouge a client in their service department.
Was given a quote for part replacement of $1800.
Today, 2.5 months later, I request another quote, and was given for the same repair request, $2580
This is absolutely hiway robbery and customer gauging.
A few service department people there are amazing this is an absolute. Their pricing and lack of respect for their long-term clients when it comes to pricing is now becoming apparent.

Never, ever will I go into that place again,.... Ever !!!

The most disrespectful treatment I have ever received from a corporation like this.
Also never will I purchase American made product ever again, of any kind.
Their greed has no limits...
