Never bring your vehicle here if u want to get disrespected by the snobby service advisor "lonnie" who knows better than the person who drives the vehicle everyday apparently, and then forgets to change the oil which was the "root of the cause of timing chain noise" so now I have to go back to get the oil changed, absolutely 0 stars never felt so disrespected in a custom based atmosphere, and the car is still making noise from the timing chain but what do I know I'm just a journeymen heavy equipment mechanic, if my warranty wasn't through this terrible dealership I would never be going back there ever again, I felt like they did everything in there power just to prove me wrong that I know nothing and the issue is still very apparent.. I will have to deal with it myself now I would take any action instead of going back to get absolutely disrespected by there "star service advisor" !!!!
